Am/Can Ch Hill View's Patriot Games ROM

"Brodi"

Sire: Am/Can Ch Jade Mist Memorandum ROM ROMC
Dam: Hill View's Kari My Dreams

Brodi was one of the sweetest, most loyal, and happiest dogs I have ever been fortunate to own.  He was my first ROM, and tragically passed away far too young at age 9.  He was the winner of the 2008 ASSA National Stud Dog class, and has over 13 champions to date with more coming soon.  Without him my breeding program and my life would be much different.

He is sadly missed by everyone that knew him, and by his best friend Marie Miles.  I am beyond proud that his legacy lives on through Ticker, Johnny, Tang, Lane and others.

Click HERE for a proud list of his champions.

BIS/BISS/Am/Can Ch Tawncrest the Centurion

"Scotti"

Sire: Ch Benayr Here Comes Trouble CD ROM ROMC
Dam: Tawncrest Touch The Heart (dam 2 CH)

In all my years of showing and owning this special breed, there has never been a dog like "Scotti". He was truly a perfect gentleman, kind to all other dogs and especially puppies. He gave his all in the show ring and his heart to me! He was truly my soul mate...and will always be. In very limited showing he had 26 Best Of Breeds with 25 Group placements and an All Breed Best In Show and Specialty Best In Show. At one time he was ranked #3 Shetland Sheepdog in the nation. Scotti passed away just past his 16th birthday....my heart still aches and misses this wonderful best friend! His legacy lives on with his offspring at Hill View, Leo Lair and Shalamar.

Am/Can Ch Hill View's Secret Of Shalamar

"Trooper"

Sire: Ch. Kjer's Gift of Love at Hill View CD
Dam: Ch.Kjer's Kyann of Hill View CD

Trooper was my foundation stud dog that was given to me by my dear friend Marie Miles of Hill View Shelties. He was all inbred Peter.  Trooper had 10 points both majors before he was 10 months old which included a 5 point Specialty win. He even finished in style by going Best Of Breed over Specials and a Group IV. He is pictured at only 15 months of age....our beloved friend passed away at 13 1/2 years of age but his grandchildren and great grandchildren still reside at Hill View and Shalamar.  I wish I had a better photograph of him but the airlines lost my entire photo album on the way to the national one year and this is the only one I have left of Trooper.

Then in 1996, Lincoln won the Stud Dog Class at the ASSA National while his son went Winners Dog/Best of Winners. Am/Can Ch Westbrook Sensation

"Cindy"

Sire: Jap/Am/Can Ch Villager's Hot Rod Lincoln
Dam: Westbrook Naughty By Nature

Cindy was our Specialty Winning bitch...another Hot Rod Lincoln Champion kid....we were thrilled when Cindy was held out to the last 20 dogs in the ring for Breed consideration at the 2002 ASSA National! We miss her dearly and her retirement home "dad"...DJ misses her too.

Am Ch Shalamar's Forever in 'R' Hearts

"Savannah"

Sire: Jap/Am/Can Ch Villager's Hot Rod Lincoln
Dam: Shalamars Forever Yours

This 13 3/4" little doll stole the hearts of many at the 1994 ASSA National when she went Runner-Up Futurity.  She finished with multiple Specialty wins...multiple Best In Sweeps...and in only 3 shows after finishing...she took 2 Group 1's and a Group 2....Not bad for such a "little lady," and she will truly be forever in our hearts.  She was my husband John's special girl and was 14 1/2 when she went to join her dad Lincoln in heaven.

Dam: Braeleen's Eve Of Society

Libby was Best In Futurity ASSA 2006 at her FIRST dog show.
She only needed one more point for her championship when she unexpectedly came down with pneumonia after attending a dog show.  Libby was truly a one of a kind "special" bitch.  She was proudly owned by Barbara Paine and is greatly missed.

Ch Shalamar's Star Stealer CD RN HT AX OAJ AXP AJP

"Shimmer"

Sire: Am/Can Ch Mirage Flash Cadillac
Dam: Can Ch Shalamars Last Hurrah

Shimmer was truly an amazing lady.  Not only did she give 100% in the conformation ring, but she did the same in the Performance rings.  She was the first Sheltie to receive a Versitily Excellent Award in the state of Utah.

Co bred and co-owned with Cindy Wilkinson in Salt Lake City, this beautiful girl made us both so very proud of her wonderful achievements.  She lived her life in luxury as the "queen" at Cindy's house until the day she passed away.  She will be so very deeply missed by Cindy as well as myself.  She was simply 'THE BEST'.

Shalamar's Strawberry Sundae

"Jello"

Sire: BIS/BISS/Am/Can Ch Tawncrest the Centurion
Dam: Can Ch Shalamars Sunday Best

Jello was an elegant, joyful, loving girl who produced some gorgeous pups when she was with us, including Jeff who went Winners Dog/Best Of Winners at 1996 ASSA National.  She was major pointed with limited showing, and eventually retired to a loving home where she got to sleep on the bed and be a spoiled house-dog for the rest of her life. Jello is missed by us and her former mom Kay.
